Scott Free Racing, an offshore powerboat team who will be racing in the Modified Vee class for the APBA Offshore Championship Series has officially announced the signing of a new Associate Partnership agreement with STEEL-IT, a manufacture for anticorrosive & high temperature resistant coatings for the 2020 season.
The team will also continue to be backed by long time primary sponsor Boat Floater Industries and associate sponsors Pacer Group and E-Z Up.
In business since 1974, STEEL-IT contains custom engineered 316L stainless steel flake for superior protection against corrosion, abrasion, & harsh chemicals.
The deal with STEEL-IT will allowing branding on Scott Free Racings’ team assets and the opportunity to interact and engage with fans in the pit area to help educate and demonstrate the use of their products. “The makers of the STEEL-IT brand are proud to sponsor Scott Free Racing,” said Michael Faigen, President & CEO. “We feel privileged to have been able to work with the team for 2019 field testing our product and were very happy with the results in the marine element”.
As part of the partnership, STEEL-IT and the Scott Free Racing Team will be creating unique video and social content to further activate within the avid boater fan base.
