THE ULTIMATE COATING FOR THE "DO-IT-YOURSELFER"

A HIGH-PERFORMANCE COATING THAT'S EASY-TO-USE, SUPER-DURABLE, AND LOOKS GREAT. NOW HOW'S THAT FOR AN OPTION!

Where can you use STEEL-IT? Anywhere you have metal that rusts or wears, and that’s lots of places! On your car. On fences. On metal shelves. On brackets. Door knobs. The drain in your shower. Metal doors. Metal carts. Window frames. Patio furniture. The application possibilities are nearly endless.

HOW STEEL-IT WORKS

STEEL-IT Brand Coatings achieve their superior level of performance by combining an abundance of custom-engineered 316L stainless steel micro-flakes with various resins, including polyurethane and epoxy. When sprayed, brushed, or rolled on, these flakes align horizontally to form a densely packed barrier of pure stainless steel. This stainless steel shield makes materials coated with STEEL-IT nearly impervious to corrosion and corrosive elements while providing a durable finish that resists scratching and flaking even under the most challenging conditions.

STEEL-IT POLYURETHANE:
THE MOST FRIENDLY OF THE
EASY-TO-USE STEEL-IT OPTIONS

STEEL-IT Polyurethane is the favorite choice of the Do-It-Yourselfer. The Polyurethane Topcoat is a single-component, air dry, self-leveling coating. Just apply it and let it cure. And since it’s a single component, it’s available in a handy aerosol can for application and touchup in your workshop, garage, outdoors, wherever. It’s also available in quarts and gallons if you want to spray, brush, or roll on. For those Do-It-Yourselfers who weld, you’ll love that STEEL-IT Polyurethane is weldable. There’s no need to grind it off before making a repair or adding a tab. Pretty amazing.

CUSTOMER REVIEWS

STEEL-IT... Where do I start!? I'm known for thrashing everything on a regular. When it comes to touch up with the aerosols it blends so well and coverage is amazing. Best part is having the capabilities to weld over it on the fly in a critical situation.

“I’m in the process of restoring a 1985 Chevy square body. I applied the STEEL-IT Coating on a stronger axle that I swapped in place of the 10 bolt factory rear end and am amazed at how great the welds turned out (I’m a novice welder at best) without needing to put a grinder wheel to the area the brackets were mounted. STEEL-IT definitely has a new brand ambassador and customer for life!”
